40 Lessons Of 40: #21-30

Why 40 Lessons of 40? Because I am turning forty-years-old on April 25th, and have found myself surrounded by fear and shame around the gift of aging.  These are lessons I have learned in forty years that helped me to live, to laugh, to love, and to cope with loss.  I hope they help you to see that the true fountain of youth is the satisfaction and inspiration you get from growing older.

Lesson #21: Don't Condemn What You Don't Understand
Lesson #22: Be The Change You Want To See
Lesson #23: Sleep Is Important...But Losing A Night Won't Kill You
Lesson #24: Patience Is Your Best Friend
Lesson #25: Do What Scares You
Lesson #26: Frustration Tolerance Is An Important Measure Of Character
Lesson #27: Getting "Older" Means Using The Past To Measure Against The Present
Lesson #28: There Are Two Kinds Of People In The World...
Lesson #29: Keep The Drama Onscreen
Lesson #30: Clean House = Clean Heart
